This oil is quite versatile for being a specialty product. As all grapeseed oils, it is perfect for high temperature cooking and grilling, especially for chicken, fish and seafood. It also makes a delicious salad dressing when combined with certain vinegars such as our Cranberry Spice Vinegar. Also, when combined with certain "acid" ingredients it makes a wonderful marinade. As with our Mint Grapeseed Oil, this oil is wonderful to bake with. We use French Grapeseed Oil for all our Grapeseed Oil products. Recipes/Suggestions included.
